Last 24 April 2014, the Government of the Philippines and the Government of Japan entered into an agreement to implement the Water Supply Improvement Project of the Metro Cebu Water District together with the coastal management project of the Philippine Coast Guard. A total of 50 participants attended the training on Project Proposal Preparation that NEDA 7 conducted for the LGU members of the Metro Cebu Development and Coordinating Board (MCDCB).
