The municipality of Medellin, Cebu, hosted the Yolanda resettlement cluster meeting last December 12, 2016. NEDA 7, which serves as the coordinating body of the Yolanda Rehabilitation Projects (YRP) in Central Visayas, facilitated the meeting. The Infrastructure Development Committee (IDC) of the Central Visayas Regional Development Council (RDC) declared its full support for the provision of emergency powers to President Rodrigo Duterte to address the traffic problem in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and other highly urbanized cities.
