The Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) is the government agency mandated to promote and coordinate volunteer programs and services in the Philippines. It is an attached agency to National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA).

Since PNVSCA has no regional offices, it sought the assistance of the the NEDA regional offices, as its arm in the region in the promotion of voluntary services and resources toward empowering individuals, groups, families and communities for self-sufficiency and self-governing development.
