NEDA 7 officials and staff joined the formal opening of the ARENA 7 sportsfest last Sept 1. The Association of Regional Executives of National Agencies in Region 7 (ARENA 7), of which NEDA 7 Regional Director Marlene Catalina P. Rodriguez is a member, holds a sports festival every year.
