More than 30 participants from the regional offices of NEDA 7, DBM 7, DILG 7, the local Planning and Development Offices of Cebu and Negros Oriental provinces, Cebu City and Mandaue City attended a training on Project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) recently conducted by NEDA 7 in Cebu City.
The training was conducted to: (1) review and improve the existing provincial Project Monitoring Committee (PMC) structure and operations vis-a-vis the regional structure and operations; (2) improve coordination and linkages between the regional PMC and the provincial PMC; and (3) enhance the capability of the Provincial and City Planning and Development Office staff, the Regional Project Monitoring Team members, and NEDA 7 technical staff.
